The only way to do this is to manually create the email package in code and make the form Full Trust.
The reason for the requirement to have the user click the send button is to avoid email propogated viruses. If sending the email didn't require user intervention it could be an attack vector for malicious viruses etc.

I have a form that has 3 repeating sections that are hidden and only shows up when the user mark a check box for each section.
The problem is that when 1 or 2 check boxes are marked, the user enter the data and hit the submit button. The remainder(s) section, wich is hidden, has a Null record that then is stored in my data base.

I have added a submit button with the e-mail address I need, however, when I hit submit I then get a dialog box that shows where my message is going and the attachment. It requires that I hit send in this box. Is there a way to avoid that and make the submit button send it directly?

Hey,
Are you just removing the text box from the template or are you also removing the element from the data source? There can be more elements in the data source than controls on the form.
Check to see if you have removed it also from the data source in design mode and resave.
