 Not sure if the pictures are being seen? basically, the repeating when it works correctly, shows 3 or 4 lines, repeated but with different values and text as per setup in the default values area, selecting the first field line and adding another line below and so on... this works fine for some forms but other I just get a repeat, 3 or 4 ...

And your form is a filler form, not a browser form? I'm wondering if they have opened it up at least once from SharePoint (so the template is cached), if they couldn't just re-open it from the InfoPath > File > New menu once offline.... Maybe try that?

Well, I've actually never had this issue (which is why I wanted you to save your form as source files using the Export option, just in case there was something else going on...) It plops a TON of files on my desktop :) I tried to attach a copy of the template, but I think it's too large and it seems to crap out everything time I try to upload it. Could the size of a picture mess a template up at all? It seems like larger sized (image size and file size) are causing the problem.

So - from your XSN, if you just open the working one in design mode, and then use Publish > Export Files to export the source files, what happens? Attach a copy of the template if you want me to take a look - under the Options tab in a reply....
