1) Yes I am sure I overwrite the previously installed xsn.
2) And the version number of my xsn files automically increments.
So far, I didn't find a solution to my issue.

My guess is that this could probably be done, but I'm sure it will involve incredibly complex CAML commands. My suggestion would be to download the SharePoint SDK and spend a couple hours digging through the CAML documentation.
