Okay - so you need to manually add the relative XPath to that field. In the Form Field column on the form, you should be able to manually type in that field. Your XPath will look like:
../my:Quote_No
Which is the relative path from the Item Details group to the Quote_No field.

qRules, on injection, uses the InfoPath dll specific to your form - so if your form is IP 2010 and you save as IP 2007, you need to re-inject.
As an aside - I have had horrible luck with running more than one version of InfoPath on a single machine - I just keep virtual machines with different versions and the latest installed on my physical ...

See the link under Actions that says "View Detail"?
Click that, see if there is more / better error info.

Yup, the error will cause that.
And I missed that on your command when I looked at the form. You need to use the full path: /my:Quote/my:Quote_main/my:Header/my:id
So, your /id parameter should look like:
/id=/my:Quote/my:Quote_main/my:Header/my:id

Happy to help.
Your command looks correct in your button rule. Your mapping looks fine.
But it seems that your form has custom code outside of qRules - and, in fact, qRules has been disabled by the addition of code. Is the custom code intentional? Or did you accidentally add it?
If you want to have custom code and use qRules, that is possible ...

The person submitting needs to have permissions to add items to the list - I'm assuming you are talking about qRules since you attached a mapping file? What is your command? Can you attach your form template?

Does the form fail in preview? Or just when opened in the browser?
If it fails in preview, you can debug your code to get a better idea of what is going wrong and where. Here's a blog post on that, in case you need to know how to debug.

Just click the "Ignore" button on the message and the form will preview with the compiled dll.

Interesting - you shouldn't be having this issue if the forms registered correctly. If you open InfoPath Filler (assuming you are using IP 2010?) and click on File / New, do you see the form in your installed forms? What operating system are you using? Did you run setup.exe as admin when you installed qRules?
Worst case, right click the ...

Great, thanks for the info.
After you install qRules, from the Start menu, under Qdabra / Tools / qRules (Trial) you should see a shortcut that says "Install Forms" - try double clicking that - it runs a script that installs the full trust forms.
The User Guide (in the same location) has additional info on this starting on page 3.
