Hello Dean,
You can have various submit buttons for each connection and show or hide these submit buttons based on the value that user selects on the form

Depending on what a user selects on the form, I would like to have IP 2003 forms stored in various SharePoint 2.0 libraries. How can I do this?

Cheers!
