Hello there,
I have a text field in a form that holds a national insurance number.
When this field is being updated I want the user to be able to key in as follows: ''AA123456A'' but I am hoping that this can be displayed like this: ''AA 12 34 56 A''.
Is this possible without the user having to physically key in the spaces? This is not a big ...

Hi Ali,
I think this is possible with coding. You check it in OnLoad event, while opening the form fro sharepoint is it switching to newview, if not switch view to the print view.

If it is a new form then all the views will be blank and the conditions on the rules should return false and not do anything?
So i would check the conditions on your rules and work out why they are switching view when they shouldnt
Alternately you could add a rule to run before any of the others. Set the conditons on this rule so it only runs if ...

Effectivement c'est ça, il faudrait avec une régle pouvoir définir automatiquement qu'elle ligne doit être sélectionnée dans ma listebox et reportée dans un autre champ et laquelle ne doit pas être reportée.

donc ce que tu veux c'est séléctionné un item dans ta listebox et copié les données (que tu as par rapport au xml que tu as créer au chargement) correspondante dans d'autre champs de ton form?

Il faut que tu créer un événement onLoad pour faire ce que tu veux.
Pour ce faire: Outils->Programmation->Événemant sur chargement (OnLoad)
et aprés ca te créera dans Visual Studio ton événement et tu pourras tranquillement insérer ton code.

Hi Erlend,
Instead of keeping buttons for navigation which is impossible, try to use the master/ detail control. You give all the elements name in the Master section and give the explanation of those elements in the details section which makes easy to navigate.
