Hi Ace07,
InfoPath doesn't currently have a function that allows saving to a network path. Some were able to accomplish this via code -

If you want the easiest way, you can try qRules - it has a command called SaveToPath ...

Hello nsterwald78,
You can probably add a logic that copies the line item to a separate table or fields if it's equal to the reward ID. Create a separate view that is taylored for email, and put the new table/fields in that view. Have a button that will switch to that view and email.
Hope this helps.
Thanks,

Hi tabykitten,
I've never seen this in a dropdown list box. What you can probably do is assign values to the images and put them as options in the dropdown. When the user changes the option in the drop down, a picture control changes its image based on that. Do you think that will work for you?
Thanks,

Hi teylyn,
You can create a special view that is taylored for the email body. In that view, change the text boxes into calculated values. Calculated values will show as plain text in the view. However, in the body of the email, they will still appear as objects, unfortunately.
Have a button to switch to that view and send to email.
I hope ...

Hi akile,
Welcome to the forums. When you said you've converted the data connections, did you convert it to a UDCX file? Have you approved that UDCX in your SharePoint's data connection library?
Thanks,
Jo-Anne

Hi dalglish102,
I wonder - what's the format of the signature image you're using for the new user? The format of the image is currently hardcoded in the XTP, which I believe is in JPEG format. Perhaps your image is in a different format that's why it's not displaying?
Thanks,
Jo-Anne

Hi legolas,
I would suggest creating a Form Name field and adding a rule in your submit button that sets the Form Name field to the value of the Surname field and run the rule with a condition only when the Surname field is blank. Then, in your submit data connection, use the Form Name field as the Filename.
Let me know if that helps.

Hi Daniel,
Let's say you have two fields - Employee Name (dropdown) and Employee Email (text box). And your SharePoint List has this:
Full Name Email
John ...

Hi shamisty,
Yes, you can create a separate Print view. If you're just giving users an option to print the form, how about adding a print view button beside the submit and add a rule to switch to the Print view?
