Infopath 2007 with Sharepoint 2010
I bought the template and followed the instructions and the system works really well for us. However, recently, whenever I add a new user/new pin and new signature image (have triple checked that permissions are correct), the control validates the user's PIN but the signature image is not returned/displayed correctly, just a blank image is displayed.
If this user then saves the form and another, working user opens the saved form, the blank images is still displayed but with a small black and white 'x' in the top left corner of where the image should be.
All users that I initially setup can still use the system fine, I just get this problem whenever I add a new user.
No settings, etc. have been changed so I don't know what could be wrong. All users have read permissions for the 'Electronic Signatures' library.
Any ideas?
