hi.... i have a question about copying a Repeating table and using in another view of the same form.   I created a repeating table with a date picker control.   it works good and formats correctly to the sharepoint  (mm/dd/year).   I tried to copy that same repeating table control to another view and it 1.) says ...

Thanks pat.  Created some text and put in a hyperlink to "Close" the form".   Yes you are right, it pops up a new window and doesn't close the form.  :(    Almost.......

Oh I am sorry if I did not clarify.  I just wanted the Cancel button to: 1.) Close the form 2.) Go back to a specific Sharepoint site.   I was hoping to be able to designate a URL in the rules but i dont see how this can be done.

If I add a button to the form called Cancel which has been setup to close the form, does this apply to that?  The Cancel button i added takes me to the list which I do NOT want to do........ :(

Got a question.....  Setup a Secondary Data Connection to submit to a list.  When you setup a form, it already has the "main submit" and I have configured it to close the form.   For the second data connection,  when i go to Tools>Submit Options> and the dialog box comes up with both of my data ...

Issue Fixed!!! Once you complete your form, and to redirect to the “home” page, this is what I needed to do: ...

For whatever reason  It asks me if I want to open or save this file.... which does not make any sense. Please explain the logic here.  If you take out the savelocation, how does it know where to save the file?  And why does it now open in Infopath vs. staying a web-browser form as it was before?  Is there a way to force it ...
