Posted to Qdabra qRules (Forum) by Padraic on 11-11-2011 Re: SubmitToSharePoint List and Lookup Columns Hilary, The referral field does not obtain a value from the ID of the library. This field remains blank throughout the process. I've used the full Xpath for the referral in the main form when updating the ReferralID as a test column and it submits o.k. However, I can change it to reflect your advice. I don't get any errors ... Can you have a look at the rules on the Submit button in the attached form to determine if I am doing this correctly? Many thanks, Padraic Posted to Qdabra qRules (Forum) by Padraic on 11-11-2011 Re: SubmitToSharePoint List and Lookup Columns Hilary, This makes sense. However, I won't get a chance to try it out until someitme this weekend. I will let you know how I get on. I understand what you are saying above but I don't know how to get the ID of the lookup item in the form library to update the Keywords list How can I acheive this? Thanks, Padraic Posted to Qdabra qRules (Forum) by Padraic on 11-10-2011 Re: GetCommonMemberships not displaying data in Form Hilary, Apologies for the acronyms. In this context, DL's refer to Distribution Lists and SG's refer to Active Directory Security Groups. I will try converting to a UDC but I'm not confident that it will remedy the situation. Thanks, Padraic Posted to Data Connections (Forum) by Padraic on 11-04-2011 GetCommonMemberships not displaying data in Form Hi, I am attempting to use the GetCommonMemberships method of the UserProfileService in my form. I want it to populate a dropdown box on the form. When I preview the form in Infopath 2010 Designer, it works as expected and all the relevant DL's are there. However, when I publish the form to a Library and try to open a form, the ...
