You want to try  deleting server cache registry key (HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\12.0\Common\Internet\Server Cache) and let it regenerate. BUT before you do, save it first!

Oh! that's a good thought.  I probably will try it out but I agree about not wanting to confuse the user. In my case I used tab index to control the order the curser moves which should help the user as it is.  Thank you.
