Okay I have your idea working (thanks again), of course here is the next inevitable question: Is it possible to update the status of a list item using qrules? If this isn’t possible with qrules would a workaround be to somehow start a SharePoint workflow to delete items marked as "inactive"?

Ahh, thats would explain why I couldnt find anything here on how to do that. So i guess, for now, its a code only option then?

Has anyone had any luck in accomplishing this? I need to populate a hyperlink column (with description) in a SharePoint list.

I changed the Picture control to a file attachment control and was able to get this to work. I used the same form and the same path, just changed that control. This will work for what I’m trying to do now, but it would be nice to figure out why the picture control failed as this will come up in another project.
