Office 2007 MOSS 2007 Infopath 2007 Win Server/SQL 2008 + Exchange Using admin approved fully trusted forms coming in to the office as mail attachments(non negotiable!). How do we go about automatcially submitting the form as soon as it arrives, we are using a custom submit button on the form, how do we execute this from Outlook (or ...

  • Re: Deploy Infopath Forms

Stephan, Yes they have Infopath installed. Theres no extra processing, just a form and its library. Currently we are emailing the Templates, for the office users this means they have to open the (new version) template on their pc (remember the user is not filling these forms, only viewing existing forms sent from offline users) before he is able ...

Hi, thanks for your reply, publishing/activating forms to MOSS is OK, But,- The admin forms are published to a server folder and the templates uploaded to MOSS and activated  We email the forms to users who are never connected to sharepoint who fill these forms in (they do not use Outlook) The returned forms are ...

  • Deploy Infopath Forms

I have asked this question on another thread-forum, I will re-phrase without going through the reasons why.... To recap we have the remote user that creates the form, and the office user that submits the form We have isolated the problem, the form that is created from a copy of the template "off domain" by the remote user does not have a source in the xml header. If ...

Well the 'solution' above was short lived, back to square one. No problems for most of today emailing the admin approved template off domain, saving, and filling in the form emailing it back and submitting with a custom submit button Opens first time with the browser some forms second third and fourth, the suddenly "the form ...

Heres what fixed it for me;- Opening the problem forms XML I could see there was a file URL as the forms source.  When I published the form from the Sharepont Server then this URL disapeared and voila!, well to date anyway. Kerry

  • The form has Been Closed again- wits end!

Just when I was getting comfortable with Moss/Formsserver and IP 2007 the dreaded "Closed" message is back, have wasted the best part of a day going around this issue... Scenario; Basic (one textbox) admin approved form, full trust signed with a domain issued code cert Form published as AdminApproved to fileshare, uploaded ...

By the source I mean the working file, not the published one, by storing I mean uploading to a Sp doc lib: this way when you change the file on the hard disk that was originally uploaded, or the file in the doc lib, it is as though they are the same file, changes reflected both ways? Seems neat but....
