    Oncontext Change

Hi guy I have c# managed code in my infopath which has an Oncontext change to fire up an event when focus moves away from a particular textbox, However when I test the form in my infopath client it works well, but if i publish the form as a browser compatible form the Context change event doesn't trigger the event. I observed that it is when I hit the close button that the event is triggered, please what can I do to solve this problem.

    Cheers

    Hello,

OnContext event will fires if we change any thing in form or focus changing also it will call again and again. Make sure that whichever is code written in this function will execute many times. If you want to stop to executing of that code again and again then you have to add one IF condition is that once executes then it won't be run your code again.

The issue you have is because you need to tell the control to fire when needed

    - Go to the properties of the Control
    - Go to Browser Forms Tab
    - Select Always, Default it is set to only when neccessary...

    I hope this helps you
