Hello,

I am designing a form that will collect multiple digital signatures hosted out of MOSS with a custom workflow. Is there a way to have this sent to all approvers at the same time (parallel) and collect all the digital signatures? As it stands now if two or more open the form at the same time - sign the form - then submit back to the Form Library - any other approvers that already had the form open will overwrite the previous submission.

Is there a way around this or am I stuck with using a serial workflow.

If user tries to open already submitted form then automatically InfoPath gives the one message form will open in read only. Then user clicks on OK then it will open the form.

Submission will works like every time overwrite the existing form. If you want we can manage the whom we need to open editable form and read only form using code.
