I have a form that contains multiple drop down lists. I select values for the drop down lists and when I submit, the values are stored in the forms library properly into the columns I want. But when I reopen a completed form, the values of the drop down lists go back to the default values of a blank form. Is there anyway to sort of lock in the values of the drop down lists after I click the submit button?

One question that I have for you is - Are your multiple drop down lists binded to secondary dom? If yes then you have to change the binding to main dom because data will not be saved to the secondary dom. Fields which are binded to main dom only that data will be saved in form.
