script for hiding a section in form

I need help. I know very little about scripts. I'm thinking this should be a pretty easy 1 or 2 liner. I wanted to use the OnLoad event to hide a section in my InfoPath form. I know you can make it default in the section's properties but it will not work for my situation. Can someone write this for me? The section is named 'approval' . Not sure of any other info you may need. Thank you.

Re: script for hiding a section in form

    Hello,

While onLoad processing is running you want to hide the section? For new InfoPath form opens you want to hide the section? When you want the hide section exactly?

For hiding the section we have to add the conditional formatting of the section depending on your condition. Like as below

field1 is equal to "true" -> Hide this control.

Note: Make sure that your condition should be correct. We can't do show/hide the section in script or any code.
