Hi,

I have designed a new infopath form for my project.I have
"Company name" field (TextBox),which holds the name of the company in my infopath form.I have added this field to a sharepoint list,while publishing the form.So the "company name" field appears as a column in the sharepoint list.

Is there a way to automatically insert the "company name"  in to the "file name" during the save.

So when I fill the form It should default save the  "company name" as file name.

 The SharePoint data connection specification (Tools -> Data Connections) allows you to control file naming.

Hi,

While taking SharePoint submit data connection, add Company Name as file name in the “File name” field.

If you want to insert same company name for multiple forms then use following formula for file name.

“concat(CompanyName, "-", now())”
