Hello everyone!

I created a couple of forms recently and publish them to the SharePoint they changed a couple of times during the week, and there is a problem.

Some people didn't see a new template, for example when they create a new document (by clicking "New" in SharePoint) form creates with an old template. I myself and many others didn't have this problem, but there a lot of people that do. I tried everything I put "Automatic Update Template" but it doesn't work, for those people we tried to use Update templates option in IP it tells that everything OK but continue use old template.

Somebody had this problem, any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

In this scenario there can be several cases:

At the time of Publishing if the form is kept open then that user might get the old one when ever he click new.

And Publishing the form as you have said that changes are made for two times:
