Development to Production Data Connection Issues

Hello Gang!  I'm back with another stumper.  I have managed to create a form that uses a sql database to submit and retrieve data.  This database is located on a hosted site that I must use VPN to connect to it.  I built the form on my local machine and I published it to our sharepoint site which happens to be the same place that the database resides.  Here is the conundrum:  after publishing, the data connection is no longer available when I try to fill out the form.  Everything worked fine up to the point of publishing.  I have tried to recreate the data connection, but I get the same thing.  How do I get the form to talk to the database without going through my local machine?  I have read everything that I can find here and on the MSDN forums to no avail.  Most of what I have read talks about SP forms services and administrator deployment and I think it is written in another language - like sanskrit or something.  Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    Hello,

Open manifest.xsf and look for the DB dataconnection that you have created. In that look for the connection string, just verify if that connection string is correct or not.

    Hi,

Make sure that the form is a full trust form.
