Unfortunately, InfoPath is very picky about the formatting of a hyperlink . . . it loves to add "http://" if you don't have something like that in there yourself.

There is a workaround -- once you've got links in place, extract the form template files into a folder, then use notepad to edit the view .XSL files and manually fix up your hyperlinks. Then right-click the manifest.xsf file and choose Design, and save your form back as an XSN. So long as you don't modify your hyperlinks in the designer, you changes should remain intact.

Can you please explain it in more detail? I couldn't get it to work. That would be so helpful to me. Thank You.

    1. In InfoPath 2007, choose Save As Source Files from the File menu
      1. There is a similar command in InfoPath 2003 with a different name.
    2. Choose the location to save your source files to and comlete the action.
    3. Exit InfoPath.
    4. Go to the folder where you saved the source files, and open the particular view .XSL file in Notepad.
    5. Search for your hyperlink, and fix it up however you want.
    6. Save the XSL file and exit Notepad.
    7. Right-click the Manifest.xsf file and choose Design.
    8. Save your form template as an XSN again.
