I'm sure this is has been asked before but I can't find it. I have a Foreign Key column in table A that is just an 'id' integer value, referencing a lookup table B, which contains the Primary Key and a text string description. Creating a 'New Record' form in InfoPath, I want to create a dropdown list box that displays the string description fromthe lookup (Table B) but,when an item is selected from the dropdown list, the integer id is written to the FK column in Table A. It's a standard kind of thing to do but can't quite see how to do it in InoPath?
