I have a form in which people have to initial beside certain steps. I made it more user friendly by allowing them to put one major step and several little steps below it in an optional section. The problem is that I can't add the lines for the intials becasue the steps and the initials are in two different columns. I can't just add say 4 more lines to the initaisl calomn because i don't know how many substeps there will be. Do you have any suggestions.

This is what I have:                                                           

__WG____            Disassemble

                      take out bolts

                      remove part

                      clean part

This is what I want:

                       Disassemble

_WG____            Take out bolts

__WG____           Remove Parts

__WG____           Clean Parts

Where they put their initials I assume would be a text box.  You could add a bottom border to that text box, and upon each new line being entered it will have that line below it.
