I have an InfoPath form that publishes to a SharePoint Document Library. I am using SharePoint's OOTB Approval WF. That works great.
What I wanted to do was send out an email message to someone else (not apart of the WF above) letting them know that the WF is complete.
I am trying to do with in SharePoint Designer. Can anyone help?
When I create a new WF in SharePoint Designer, first I have to select a list to attach to. Then I have to pick a Condition. The Action will be to send an email.
Can you help with what to choose in the Condition wizard?
I've tried attaching the WF to my Document Library, then selecting the Approval Status equals to Approved, but that doesnt work.
Please help. Thank you.
