InfoPath Dev

I am creating an Info Path form with repeating sections for the supervisor, department head, division chief each to digitally sign and provide comments if necessary.  Is there are way to accomplish this ??  I have an optional section within a repeating section. What I get the following error "The item can not be inseted.  This value has been digitally signed and can not be changed".    Am I accomplishing this the wrong way ? PLEASE HELP !!!!
