Hello.

I have a drop-own list box that gets its list from secondary database (Access). My problem is how can I sort the list being displayed in my InfoPath form?

I sorted the Access database based on how I want is to display in the list box yet when I preview the form it is not sorted. By the looks of it the arrangement being displayed is the sequence on how I inputed the values initially in the Acces mdb.

Is there a way to resolve this through rules? If not can you give a sample code to resolve this.

I know with a SQL connection (and I would assume that its the same with Access) that you can go to the data connection, and edit the SQL code that retrieves the data and add the sorting right there... That way the data comes down from the database already sorted.
