InfoPath Dev

I worked through a simple tutorial connecting to the Northwind database using the suppliers table.  When I tried to run a query by supplying a supplier number, all I get is a blank page without any controls or text or error message.  Can anyone tell me what I'm missing.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi there and welcome to the forum.

Are you creating the form from scratch as a database type?

It should give you the stock template where you can add the query fields and data fields.

With that you should be able to preview and do some simple testing of queries.

It is possible that it is changing views or your query is of a really large table and it is taking a long time. I don't remember how large suppliers is.
