    Retrieve info from Webservice in code

    This works fine: var sLogin = XDocument.DOM.selectSingleNode("/my:myFields/my:Login");
    This doesn't work: var sLogin2 = XDocument.GetDOM("GetADEmployeeIDFromLogin").selectSingleNode("/dfs:myFields/dfs:queryFields/tns:GetADEmployeeIDFromLogin/tns:LogIn");

    GetADEmployeeIDFromLogin is a webservice to retrieve a userID from Active directory from the loginname. It is tested and the WS works fine. The problem is that I don't know how to query the WS in code. Can anyone help?

    Thanks in advance.

    Can anyone tell me how to access datafields from the main and secondary datasource in code (or at least tell me where I can find such information?), because I think that is my main problem.

    Hans.

    I have always just set up the web service DC codeless and in Open Rules had the value I needed placed in an EmployeeID field in my form. Then use code to grab the value from there.  I am sure there is a way to get it directly in code, I am sure just a syntax issue, but I have not needed to yet.
