Infopath will not print to assigned printer

I'm having a problem with a tablet PC whenever a user prints an infopath form it goes to the default printer even if another printer was chosen as the desination. i tried reinstalling the printer, checking the settings on the form, checking the profiles on the local machine, and resetting the settings on the infopath program. when printing from any other program it prints fine with no issues seems like it's only with infopath and it does the same thing with a different infopath form. when printing the same form from a different machine (another tablet pc setup the same way) everything is fine it prints to where i want it. I have the latest infopath update installed as well. what could be the problem?

I know this sounds drastic, but if it works on another computer with the same configuration and everything is working fine over there you might want to reinstall the operating system.

Otherwise, I've never heard of anything like this happening.
