How I can receive data from the base MSSQL to the drop-down list where in SQL query she found that himself in the condition the value from the ground {field} listbox about the name DomainLogin.

For example: select * from the table where login = "DomainLogin"

You would need two things.  A connection to the SQL Table and the user name of the user of the form.
