    Submit data to database

    Hello...

i have create a form which is not based on data connection.
then i have create a secondary data connection to a database with 3 tables:
    tbl_investment_goods
    tbl_investment_request
    tbl_cost_center

    tbl_investment_goods:
    (PK)year
    (PK)investment_no
    object description
    investment_type (cash-flow or leasing)
    budget_amount
    budgeted (yes or no)
    no_of_goods
    (FK)cost_center

    tbl_investment_request:
    (FK)year
    (FK)investment_no
(PK)sequence --> all three together are the PK of this table
    description
    purpose
    HW_cost
    SW_cost
    other_cost
    operational_cost (yes or no)
    savings expecteed (yes or no)
    activates_(planned) (date)
    investment_category
    supplier
    delivery_date
    no_of alternative_offers
    financing (cash-flow or leasing)
    annotations
    subvention (yes or no)

    tbl_cost_center
    (PK)cost_center_no
    cost_center_name

my form does queries on all 3 tables.
the main tables is investment_goods. this tables will be updated once a year, when our budget for the next year is planned.

my first query is on this table. i look which object_description are there for as special year like 2006. and then the user can choose in a dropdown window the object and the other fields are filled automatically by doing an query on this table and the table tbl_cost_center. only to fill the sequence field it is done a query on the table tbl_investment_request.
the form does a query, with the rule checking if the year and investment_no in both tables are the same, and looks up which is the biggest sequence and add 1 to that.

My problem is now, how i get these filled field back in the table tbl_investment_request as a new insert?
    can please anyone help me?

    Thanks in advanced.
