    Hi,

    We have implemented custom forms authentication for our MOSS environment. Now when I try to publish an InfoPath form to a SharePoint site, I get the following error message:

     The following URL is not valid: http://siteurl

    I thought I just had to open the site in the browser and InfoPath would use the same credentials. So, I do have the site already opened in the browser. I can open the site in SharePoint designer.

    Hello and welcome to our forum. You have an interesting question. I am sorry to say that custom forms auth on SharePoint is something we're not familiar with. I suggest you post to the Microsoft newsgroup on this one. Sorry we couldn't help this time. Some of these deep SharePoint deep questions go beyond things we're tried so far.
