    How to validate web enabled IP forms

    Hi,

    I have a WebEnalbed IP form, with in that form i dont have any custom buttons. Whenever the user enters the data, and when he clicked on the save button, i need to validate the IPform data, how can i validate... do let me know... thanks in advance... I am using Infopath 2007.

    You cannot - OnSaveRequest is not supported in browser-enabled forms.

    However, if you have validation errors in your form, the user will get prompted on save. All you need to do is to add declarative validation to your fields. Mind you that the user can still choose to save.

     So, in that case how can i restrict the user to not to save...

    Hello

    Why dont you use a submit button? It will help you to restrict the user on submitting with errors

     Hi kalyan,

    If i have minimum number of controls on the form then i could have, but i have 198 checkboxes and 20 other controls on the forms,i can not write code for that all the controls . So in that case how can i do ? do suggest me
