This is really interesting.  I've uploaded a form into a common library and I and my client uses that same one.  Here is the issue that he is having but I'm not:

.  I've saved a testing form and I can re-open it just fine.  But he sometimes gets an error like "There has been an error while opening the form" while re-opening my saved form. WHY?  We're working under the same library.

.  I've data validations in the form.  There is no way in hell where I can save the form with those data validation errors BUT I've seen his saved forms where he did manage to save it with data validation errors.  WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON HERE? WHY? 

.  BTW, Settings:

    . "Open form in browser only" option is selected in the advance settings of the library

    .  Both of us are using IE7

 Please, help me in try to resolve this issue as I've no clue why does the form behaves differently for him than it does for me.   In 5 mints I'm gonna jump out the window :)
 

Well, if your not dead, splatted on the street yet...

Try clearing the form cache--Launch IP afresh, and remove existing forms from the cache in the Fill Out A Form -or- Getting Started window.

Verify that IE settings are consistent across machines.

There's all kinds of other system settings that could be different across machines.

The "error while opening the form" doesn't necessarily relate to validation errors. It could be that one of the required files was somehow garbled, or a connection failed, etc.

Someone else might have other ideas.
