Hi

I have created a form that has a large optional section in it. The problem is that if you try to copy of highlight any of the text it highlights everything in the optional section and you are unable to copy the line of text that you want.

(trying to copy text from one text box to another is where this issue applies)

This becomes a usability issue when this happens and makes it harder to input data in the form. The users would rather copy and paste this data to save time in typing the same information.

This only happens in the optional section of the form not the rest.

Any ideas of how i can correct this?

Are you using text fields or rich text fields? I am able to copy single lines or selections of text in rich text boxes and paste into other rich text boxes or text boxes without trouble. However, I am doing that in InfoPath 2007 Beta, so it could be an issue with InfoPath 2003!
