I am experiencing two issues after a form has been submitted through Sharepoint Integration.
1. The workflow is such that it should sent notification to two Novell Groupwise accounts: myself and then a Support Group; I get a notification but the Support Group does not. I have Assign tasks to: "All participants simultaneously (parallel)" Assign a Single Task to Each Group entered.
2. When I receive the submission message in Groupwise, and click on the link, it wants to open with Infopath instead of the webpage, however, when someone else in the department gets a cc: copy of the message and open on their pc, it opens with the webpage successfully. See below.
Each person will receive a task to approve Provider Resource 2007-07-12T08_42_32. The tasks will be assigned all at one time. |
