    XmlDocument/XDocument Explanation

    Hallo Everyone

     I'm working with Infopath 2007 and I'm trying to populate a combobox. I managed to do this just fine. What I want to do next is only display the items that belongs to the current user. I was able to find the current user.

     Everywhere I see people talking of XDocument which I've noticed was in Infopath 2003. Someone told me that this was replaced by XmlDocument. But this does not seem to help me with my problem.

    I'm trying to change the Query for one of my Secondary Data Connections. I've seen this done like this:

    XDocument.DataObjects["Detail"].QueryAdapter.Command = "<Select query goes here>"

    But this does not seem to work as it cant find XDocument?

    Please advice

    It might depend on what language you are using.

    I guess it is JScrit ?

    Nevertheless, here is the InfoPath 2007 Model Object => http://download.microsoft.com/download/0/9/c/09cda3f2-6d3d-4082-aec5-9a62b7679ecf/InfoPathObjectModelMap.pdf

    Found it...

                Dim myADOConnection As AdoQueryConnection = DirectCast(Me.DataConnections("Awards"), AdoQueryConnection)

                myADOConnection.Command = " SELECT A.AwardID,A.AwardName FROM Judge J " & _
                                             "INNER JOIN JudgeLink JL ON JL.JudgeID = J.JudgeId " & _
                                             "INNER JOIN Awards A On JL.AwardId = A.AwardId " & _
                                             "WHERE Alias = '" & strAlias & "'"

                myADOConnection.Execute()
