At my company we develop infopath forms to be published to sharepoint to be filled out by employees. We used to use Sharepoint Services 2.0, but now have upgraded to Sarepoint 3.0. We created a document library to publish to and we have columns in there for an employee to see certain fields before they open the form. But with the new version of Sharepoint 3.0 every time I select to publish to a document library it wipes out all the columns i selected and puts all the columns in to my document library. I think it has to do with the update content type. I tried publishing and choosing update content type instead of publishing to a document library, and i just made a content type and that seemed to work. Has anyone had this problem? I would like to get a handle on it because I am not sure exactly what all is going on. Thanks for your responses
