I want to knowwhere are web service QueryFields and DataFields?

    hello.

Where are web service QeryFields and DataFields?

Are they in the xml generated? I didn't find them. I published the form on sharepoint. If i open the form and then save it on desktop and open with notepad, i see no queryFields or dataFields. This means i cannot use thisXdocument.dom.selectsinglenode(" .... ").

    Why am i asking this?

Because i want to acces these fields.

I want to copy the strings from these web service fields  in other fields.

    How can i do that?

Sorry if i posted more than once; i cannot find my first post, so i think it doesn't exist

    Basescu.

    Hi Basescu,

These nodes are found on the DOM that is created when you add the web service data connection to the form.  On the Data Source taskpane there should be a drop-down that allows you to view the schemas from the various auxillary DOMs that the form has.  You should find the web service connection in this list.  To write code to access these nodes, take a look at the following blog post: http://www.infopathdev.com/blogs/matt/archive/2006/02/02/Setup-Namespaces-for-a-Secondary-Data-Source.aspx
