I tried using Isolated Storage with InfoPath. I came across the post from

There are subtle fixes that needs to be done before you use the code. It works great. You can submit the entire form offline.
XdMachineOnlineState is used in the program in onload event to determine the online state of the computer. My only concern was how do I get the InfoPath form to recognize Internet connection without opening InfoPath?
