I really hope this is not a "feature".Reproduction:1) Create a new blank form.2) Create a second view on this form called "v2".3) Switch back to "View 1".4) Add a repeating table control with 3 columns to View 1.5) Right-click the repeating table, click "Repeating Table properties..."6) click "Customize commands..."7) From the drop-down choose "Insert above"8) In the box on the bottom type "VISIBLE VIEW 1 NOT VIEW 2"9) Hit "Ok" on all the open dialog boxes10) click the repeating table to select it11) Hit ctrl-c12) Change to "v2" view13) Paste - ctrl-v14) Preview form - switch to view 1 - right-click on row widget Customized commands are visible15) View v2 - right-click on row widget - customized commands are NOT visible:(---------------Matt Faus Matt Faus / Microsoft InfoPath MVPQdabra® Software / Streamline data gathering to turn process into knowledge 10-24-2005 11:03 PM In reply to Patrick Halstead Joined on 08-07-2006 Posts 5,112 Re: Customize commands... does not copy across views Mark as Not AnswerMark as Answer... Reply Contact Why oh why? It makes everything so much more time consuming. You have 4 views that are relatively the same and change one thing on one table that is shared across all 4 views and you want to copy it, but once you do then you have to spend 5 mins on each view AGAIN to get the custom commands to work.... Ugh...---------------Matt Faus Matt Faus / Microsoft InfoPath MVPQdabra® Software / Streamline data gathering to turn process into knowledge 10-25-2005 12:14 PM In reply to Patrick Halstead Joined on 08-07-2006 Posts 5,112 Re: Customize commands... does not copy across views Mark as Not AnswerMark as Answer...
