    (Reported by Ben Walters)
Suppose you want to Export a form to Web format (HTM) but your form has a picture control that is disabled ...

    Repro steps:
    1. Start InfoPath
    2. Design a Form
    3. New Blank Form
    4. Controls
    5. Click Picture and choose to Include in form.
    6. Click Data Source
    7. Drag field1 into view underneath first picture. Choose Picture.
    8. Double click on second control in view.
    9. Uncheck "Allow the user to browse, delete and replace pictures"
    10. Publish form
    11. Open form
    12. Click on first control to attach picture
    13. File->Export to Web
    14. Save MHT file to desktop
    15. Double click on htm file
    Result: only first image shows.
    Expected. two images to show.

Workaround - replace step 9 with following steps:
9.1 Check "Allow the user to browse, delete and replace pictures"
    9.2 Click Display
    9.3 Click Conditional Formatting
9.4 Add a condition when the control is read-only and check as "disabled".

    Repeat steps 10-15.
    Works!
