    '[Me]' Filter on multiple IDs

    Hi all,

I followed the Use the SharePoint '[Me]' Filter with a Promoted Property tutorial (http://www.infopathdev.com/howto/tutorials/default.aspx?i=371d344d003946268efdd6b03fcbb6b4) and it works fine.

But in my form, there is more than one person who has to sign ! (more than 10)

I tried to concatenate the user IDs in a field named signatoriesIDs :
    By example : "4; 12; 17"

Then, I set the filter :
    signatoriesIDs contains [Me]
but it doesn't work. The field must contain ONLY the id of one person, without anything else.

Is there any other way to use this [Me] filter with multiple user IDs ?

    I can't do this : signatoryID1 equals_to [Me] Or signatoryID2 equals_to [Me] Or ...
because it is limited to 10 filters, furthermore I have a repeating table that contains an unknown number of signatories...

    Thanks

Hi TheOnlyMaX and welcome to our forum!
Sorry for the delay. SharePoint doesn't support this level of filtering without writing some ASPX code. Are these people always unrelated or do they fall into well defined groups? If the latter, you may be able to use Active Directory groups and our Qdabra Database Accelerator to hide/show. Otherwise, you'll have to write some ASPX code. Sorry for the bad news.

    Thank you Patrick,
I think that the users will have to create their view by their own, with a filter on their name...
