    Hi vasanthaprabu,
How are you accessing the Webservice, through a dataconnection or did you add a webreference to your project?
If it is a Webreference then you need to give full trust to your form.

I am adding the webservice as Webreference... Where I should give the full trust...

    And one thing please,

What is the different between creating infopath with .NET Tool Kit or Infopath itself. I think its not referring the dll anywhere.

    Thanks for your reply.

    Regards,
    Vasanth.

    Hi

does the user currently logged on has administrative rights on the WSS/SPS box in question?

to be able to create new sites you need to at least have a role as Web Designer (or have the Create Site or Create Area right -depending on what you create)

if you use DefaultCredentials on your web service in managed code, you need to be logged on the network with a user with at least the above rights on the sharepoint box.

For Full Trust: Tools->FormOption->Security, there you can set full trust. But full trust is not advisable unless until it is necessary. Instead you can take dataconnection to your webservice.

InfoPath will refer to the DLL in the manifest.xsf file. You can open manifest.xsf and search for ".dll" there you find dll of your project.
