Permissions for an Infopath Form views that is connected to a SharePoint List

Hello I was wondering how I would put permissions on a SharePoint custom list form views.  The form has three separate group designations. Right now I have an option button for each.

AA, ALMP, and AFDW and a corresponding dropdown with a list of codes. Like this:

When the user opens the form only the column with the buttons shows. Once the user selects a button the corresponding dropdown appears. This is a version 1 of a large solution. For version 2 my customer wants this process automated by permissioning this view of the form which is called Change Existing, so that if the user is a member of AA then they only see the AA dropdown when they open the form and they will no longer be able to see either of the other two buttons. Is this possible to do OTB? Also just so you know the dropdowns are calculated fields that are filtered from a very large data connection.

Hoping you can point me in the right direction.

    Thanks Donna

Are you using SharePoint on prem or do you use SharePoint online? If on prem - here's a solution for getting info on whether a user belongs to a group: https://manojssharepointblog.wordpress.com/2015/02/26/how-to-check-if-a-user-is-part-of-a-sharepoint-group-in-web-based-infopath-form/

It does require some changes to the form files, unfortunately - but you don't have to write code, just modify a data connection's files.
