InfoPath Source Code to show Actions Taken on Form

Hello, I am trying to determine whether you are able to see the source code of the completed form. More specifically, I am trying to see whether a person clicked a radio button on the form, to evidence to auditors. Is this possible at all? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

You would need to add this tracking to the form yourself via rules, I think. You could have a rule on the option button that when it is clicked records the user name and the datetime the action took place, and display that on the form in calculated value or read only controls, if you wished. The data would be stored in the XML for the form so you'd be be able to download the completed form and see it there.
