Hello All, I created a SharePoint Library form in InfoPath. I have two questions: 1. I have a requirement of adding multiple values in the people picker control. From people picker properties, I checked the option of 'Allow multiple Selection'. I am able to add multiple people in the control. While publishing the form to SharePoint I picked the Display Name of Person column. When I submit the form, I see only one name in SharePoint library column. However if I edit the existing item, I can see all names in that control on form. I would need to get all the names on the list from form. 2. In SharePoint Library, People Picker (Display Name) is coming as a Single line of text. I do need to capture the multiple values from Person field and send an email to them through workflow. I would appreciate any pointers for these questions.

When you promote the field, you can change the promotion for repeating fields to "merge". For the email - if your email follows the pattern [email protected] you can use another field with a double eval to create a single, semicolon delimited string that you can promote.
