    Setting different views in workflow?

Not sure if this is the right place or right title.  What I'm trying to do:

    1. User fills in form with their stuff.  Right now there is an IT ONLY area at the bottom that technically they could edit.

    2. When the user completes their part, it will conceptually route for IT Review and then Approval.  I really don't care if that review is an approval step if I can edit the IT ONLY area.

    3. Form is locked from the user editing it after it's submitted.

Any examples how to do this?

I'm also good with if there is a user view that doesn't have the IT ONLY part in it and one that does if I can make sure the right people can only see and edit their stuff.

Prefer to create this thru InfoPath if possible.

    Thoughts?

    Thanks.

I would just use a form field for this - add a field (doesn't have to be on the form) called "Status" and set it to submitted when the user submits. Don't display the IT Only section unless the status = Submitted. You could also add an email submit to the form so it emails the correct people on submit and they know there is a new form waiting. :)
