I found the following solution by RaYvA(https://www.infopathdev.com/forums/p/28789/98785.aspx) and added "&Source" to my query string in the email sent to my approvers and processors to redirect them to a dashboard when the approvers and processors submit.
Now I need to find a solution for my requestor to be redirected to the dashboard and not the SharePoint list. Since this is a new form, I'm not sure how to accomplish this. In the same solution as above, mb042 had a solution further down. Is this the easiest way to accomplish what I want?
