I have different forms with a good working workflow behind. The document library is displayed in a view.
OK so far.
But it is a problem for each user who needs to do something to open each time the form. A solution is working with a list, but then also the imput can be changed. (I supose that it is not possible to loch some imput in a view)
I am looking for a solution so that I got a view with some fields that I can edit and change from 'to do' to 'done' (or no to yes, ...)
Is it possible to export the info to an XML, and depending on the user, to make an new view with the possibility to change without changing the original imput ?
Hope there is a solution.
